Humpty Dumpty Revisited
Now that you are here,
what do you have to say for yourself?
The sky has fallen and
there is no one to pick it up.
The drain backed up and the world is flooded
and no one knows how to bail it back out.

Problems
Problems of the world.
Close your eyes and see
that they will not disappear.
Look into the mirror
and see that they are also yours

Shots of Memory
Excuse me, I just forgot my name.
but lately, that is not unusual.
The other day I mailed myself a letter,
and it was returned “Addressee Unknown.”
Now, I only wonder if I will remember
that I am alive.
I am alive, I think,
therefore I am.
Wait a minute,
what is thinking?
Where am I
